I Get Stuck In A Log In Loop Or See A “Not Found” Error

If you get stuck on the login screen or see a “Not Found” page after entering your email and verification code, it is usually because your device does not have a compatible browser installed to complete the login process.

To fix this:

- Fully close the Rally.TV Android app.
- Install a supported browser (such as Google Chrome, Vivaldi or DuckDuckGo) from the Google Play Store.
- Reopen the Rally.TV app and try logging in again.

The app will use the installed browser to complete the secure login process, even if it is not set as your default browser.

Note: This issue only affects the sign-in process. Once logged in, the app will work normally.
