To access your Rally.TV account, passwords are no longer required. Instead, you’ll be sent a one-time code via email each time you log in.
- Visit Rally.TV and click the account icon to initiate the login process.
- Enter the email address associated with your Rally.TV account, then click "Continue."
- A one-time code will be sent to your email.
- Enter the code, click "Continue", and you’re in!
What Should I Do If I Don’t Receive My Authentication Code?
- Wait for a minute, as it sometimes takes a few moments for the code to arrive.
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Ensure the email address you entered is correct and it's linked to your Rally.TV account.
- If you still haven’t received the code, try resending it, but make sure to wait at least one minute before attempting to generate a new code.
Please note that email delivery times may vary depending on your provider's filtering policies (e.g., corporate domains might experience delays).
If you don't have access to your registered email, please contact our support team.
Account blocked? If you see the message: "Your account has been blocked after multiple consecutive login attempts" this is a security measure to protect your account.
To unlock your account, check your email for one with subject "Your Account has been blocked". Follow the instructions in the email to unblock your account.
If you are using an Android device and it logs you out after you have logged in, make sure your phone's date and time settings are set to automatic by navigating to: Settings > General Management > Date and Time > Enable Automatic Date and Time.
