Some Android users may experience one of the following after logging in
- The app logs them out occasionally
- The login doesn’t complete, even though the email code arrived
- The app loads partially (e.g., images don’t load) or behaves unexpectedly
This can happen if the date/time settings on the Android device are incorrect, especially when:
- Automatic date/time is disabled
- The device is set to a future or past date/time
How to fix it:
Please enable Automatic Date & Time on your Android device:
Settings → General Management → Date and Time → Enable “Automatic date and time”
Then:
1. Close the Rally TV app completely
2. Re-open the app
3. Try logging in again
Still not receiving your login code by email?
Sometimes login codes can take 1–4 minutes to arrive depending on your email provider.
What Should I Do If I Don’t Receive My Authentication Code?
- Wait for a minute, as it sometimes takes a few moments for the code to arrive.
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Ensure the email address you entered is correct and it's linked to your Rally.TV account.
- If you still haven’t received the code, try resending it, but make sure to wait at least one minute before attempting to generate a new code.
If the email still doesn’t arrive, contact support and include:
- Your email address (the one used to log in)
- Approx. time of login attempt
- Your device model + Android version
