If you don’t receive the authentication one time code, try the following:
- Check your spam or junk folder for the email.
- Verify that you entered the correct email address
- If you still don’t receive it, try resending the code.
Please note that the email might take a few minutes, based on email provider filtering delays e.g. for company domains.
If you don't have access to your registered email, please contact our support team.
Account blocked? If you see the message: "Your account has been blocked after multiple consecutive login attempts," this is a security measure to protect your account.
To unlock your account, check your email for one with subject "Your Account has been blocked". Follow the instructions in the email to unblock your account.
If you’re using an Android device, ensure your phone's date and time are set to automatic: Settings > General Management > Date and Time > Enable Automatic Date and Time
