How can I erase my account permanently?

If you are contemplating the permanent deletion and termination of your account, please follow these steps:

1. Log into Rally.TV and go to your account page on the top right icon.
2. Go to Settings (for web) or Manage Account (for apps)
3. Click on "Delete Account".

Click on "Yes, Delete My Account" to confirm.

Deleting your account will result in the loss of access to the account linked to that email address and any associated subscription.
Please note that you will also need to go into your device settings to cancel any subscriptionmanually before proceeding with the termination on your account.
