How can I erase my account permanently?

If you are contemplating the permanent deletion of your account, we kindly recommend that you initiate contact with our dedicated support team via our interactive chatbot by typing “Contact Agent”.

If you want to delete your account via the Rally TV mobile app (iOS or Android), please follow the following steps:

1. Log in to your Rally.TV account with your email and password.
2. Then click on “More” on the menu below and navigate to “My Account”
3. Then next to your email address on “Edit account”
4. Then click on “Delete Account”

Once completed, your account will be deleted after 3 days. If you log in again on your account within those 3 days, we will cancel the request for deletion.

Deleting your account will result in the loss of access to the account linked to that email address and any associated subscription. Please note that you will also need to go into your device settings to cancel any subscription manually.
