How Can I Cancel My Subscription?

We are sorry to see you go, but we thank you for giving Rally.TV a try!

If you want to cancel the subscription for the following period, you must cancel at least one day before your subscription automatically renews.

To manage your subscription, follow these steps:

1. Go to Rally.TV and log in
2. Once logged in, click on the human icon at the top-right part to open the account page.
3. Click Subscriptions.
4. Click "Cancel Subscriptions".

In-App purchases via Apple iTunes Store or Google Play Store must be cancelled directly in the relevant app store.

If you only see “Update your Payment Method” and you are a migrated WRC+ user with a PayPal subscription, you need to click on “Update your Payment Method” first and follow the steps to complete the migration from the WRC+ system to Rally.TV (this operation will not take any money from your account) – then you will see the “Cancel Subscription” button.
