How Can I Cancel My Subscription?

If you want to cancel the subscription for the following period, you must cancel at least one day before your subscription automatically renews. Important: You must cancel your subscription on the same platform when you first purchased your subscription. For example, if you purchased your subscription via the mobile app, you must cancel it also in the mobile app.

To cancel your subscription, follow these steps:

1. Log into Rally.TV and go to your account page on the top right icon.
2. Navigate to "Subscriptions & Purchases"
3. Click on "Cancel Subscription"
4. Click on "OK" to confirm.

Following the cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period.
