How do I use my Promotion Code?

Please follow these steps to redeem your promo code.

1. Go to Rally.TV and click on the account page on the top right icon.
2. Sign in or create an account if you don't have one already.
3. Click on "Subscribe" and select a plan "Annual Pass" or "Monthly Pass" accordingly.
4. Add promo code, click "Redeem".
5. Make sure that you apply the promocode to the right subscription plan.
6. Select a payment method and provide details.
7. Click on "Pay Now" to confirm, start watching!

Please always make sure that you click "Redeem" before you proceed the payment process.

Please note:

• Promo codes can only be redeemed on the Rally.TV website or mobile browser; they cannot be redeemed in the iOS or Android mobile app.
• A small charge will be placed on your payment method for verification. It will be refunded immediately, but the refund may take 1–2 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
• Promo Codes are case-sensitive, usually only valid for a certain time period and certain important restrictions may apply.
• Your promo code applies only once for a free or discounted subscription. After the promotional period, your subscription will automatically renew at the full price, and you will be charged unless you cancel at least one day before your next billing date.
