Before you start:
- You need to cancel where you subscribed. If you subscribed on the Rally.TV website, cancel on the website. If you subscribed in the iPhone or Android app, cancel through the mobile app.
- Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date so you aren’t charged for the next period.
- You keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Website:
- Log in to Rally.TV and select the account icon at the top right.
- Go to Subscriptions & Purchases.
- Select Cancel Subscription, then OK to confirm.
Android (Google Play):
- In the Rally.TV app, select the account icon at the top right and go to Subscriptions & Purchases.
- Scroll down and select Manage subscription. This opens your Google Play subscriptions.
- Tap on the active subscription, then select Cancel subscription and follow the steps.
iPhone, iPad, or Apple TV (Apple):
- In the Rally.TV app, select the account icon at the top right and go to Subscriptions & Purchases.
- Select your plan, then Manage subscription. This opens your Apple subscription settings.
- Select Cancel Subscription and confirm.
On the Annual Pass - Pay Monthly? Cancelling stops the pass from renewing, but your monthly payments continue until the 12 months are up. See Why am I charged monthly, even after cancelling?
