How Do I Change My Email Address?

You can change your email on the Rally.TV website. It isn’t available in the apps yet.

- Log in at rally.tv and select the account icon at the top right.
- Select Settings.
- Under Log In & Security, select Edit next to your email address.
- Enter your new email address and select Send Code.
- Enter the code we sent to your new email. Your email is now updated.

No longer have access to your current email?

Because you log in with a code sent to your email, you won’t be able to log in to change it yourself. Contact support and we’ll verify your identity and update it for you.

Your new email already has a Rally.TV account?

You can’t switch to an email that’s already linked to another account. If you want to move your subscription to that account, contact support using the chat at the bottom right of the help centre. We’ll verify your details before making the change.
