Android App Logs Me Out or Doesn’t Finish Logging In

If you’re using Android, you might see one of these after logging in:

- The app logs you out from time to time
- Login doesn’t complete, even though your code arrived
- The app only partly loads (for example, images are missing)

This usually happens when your phone’s date and time are wrong, for example if automatic date and time is turned off.

How to fix it: 

- Go to Settings, search for “Date and time”, and turn on Automatic date and time.
- Close the Rally.TV app completely.
- Open the app again and log in.
